Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 36 hours of your appointment may result in loss of 50% of your service cost. If we are able to fill that slot, you WONT be charged any fee. Unfortunately, if we are unable to fill that appointment, due to not having enough time to fill the booking we do require a cancellation fee.  Failure to not show or cancellation on the day will unfortunately result in the loss of full payment. I hope you understand that last minute cancellations often leave your stylist with gaps which we are then unable to fill.

During our closing times, if you need to cancel, please message us on either Facebook or Instagram. These are the only platforms we have access to these over the weekend, allowing us time to fill your spot.
