At 21 Russell, that chance is the whole point. ## Why we exist 21 Russell is a non-profit training salon near East Grinstead. We are here to give newly qualified stylists a real environment in which to develop, backed by a supportive team and, importantly, real clients. It is one thing to learn technique. It is another to build the confidence, speed, and instinct that only come from looking after people day after day. That is what we make possible. ## The talent behind the chair Our stylists are qualified, driven, and full of enthusiasm. They chose hairdressing because they love it, and it shows in the care they put into every appointment.
